Overview:

  • Our chauffeur always holds a placard and stands at the main entrance of arrivals. You need to come and identify him if you come out of any other entrance.
  • We normally SMS you the previous day evening between 18.00 to 19.30hrs the chauffeur's name, cell number, and vehicle number. Please call +91-9845118222 to reconfirm your service and for any other assistance.
  • If you are unable to locate your chauffeur for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher or the above number to assist you before making alternative arrangements.
  • Please ensure that you are waiting in the main lobby of your accommodation at least 5 minutes prior to your confirmed pickup time if you are staying in a hotel.
  • If traveling with babies/infants, you are responsible for bringing an infant seat with you in your vehicle.
  • Total cost is an estimate; the final price may vary depending on the actual Km traveled. You still pay for minimum kms even if it is not utilized.

Note:

  • Driving before 06.00hrs and after 21.00hrs attracts 1 extra Chauffeur batta.
  • Rates are subject to change with / without prior notice.
  • You are responsible for your belongings.
  • We avoid night driving, especially to hill stations like, Chikmagalur, Coorg, Ooty and other places. We recommend day travel only.
